RSM Design, along with the UC Riverside Development Team and the students at UC Riverside, worked together to design the environmental graphics for the student commons that created an innovative and exciting space where the students can hang out and productively use all the resources that are available to them on campus. The Highlander Union Building (HUB) has become a vibrant place for the campus community to refuel, relax or burn the midnight oil.
Signage and wayfinding design were strategically integrated throughout the campus to provide a continuous journey for the entire campus community. The placemaking monument “UCR” at the center of campus is a much beloved backdrop for Instagram moments as the iconic gathering place for the college community.
