The Parkllyn Branding

The Parkllyn is an elevated residential community adjacent to Coeur Terre in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. RSM Design collaborated with Lakeside LLC to create a branded experience that reflects the character and design of the residential community. The branding and logo design team at RSM Design collaborated on the project and brand vision, naming, amenity positioning, logo design, and marketing strategy for The Parkllyn. RSM Design outlined a kit of parts including badges, patterns and a color palette that can be easily translated to applications for the in-house design team to use on printed and digital collateral.
