One MainPlace is located right off of the 5 Freeway on Main Street in Santa Ana, California. The team at RSM Design was asked to create a brand identity for this office space that reflects its biophilic, wellness and community centered architectural design. The strategy behind the identity was to encapsulate the essence of the flexible foundations in the office building with its agile workplaces for a collaborative space and community connection with the office being a few footsteps away from the MainPlace Mall. The brand is a refinement of the innovative collaborative space that fosters the room for growth and the ever-changing needs of today’s market.

Nestled in the center of the golden-hilled, sun-drenched heart of Southern California, One MainPlace Office Building brings an inviting, communal touch to your workday, every day. Natural materials and sustainable construction details create a seamless connection between indoors and out, lending a uniquely refined, yet organic atmosphere to the spaces. As a part of Orange County’s newest mixed-use destination, MainPlace Office Building allows for focused days at work, and convenient access to the dynamic entertainment, culinary, wellness and cultural offerings of MainPlace Mall when you’re off the clock.

MainPlace is Orange County’s newest mixed-use destination as a place to live, work, and play, weaving community and connection through its core, making it a hub for all an audience of a diverse range.

One MainPlace takes up the work element in MainPlace, but it is not all just about work. The One MainPlace office building creates spaces that encourage collaboration and innovation with its refined organic aesthetic and flexible foundations that is able to ebb and flow to ever changing needs of today. The wellness and sustainability focused biophilic design with floor to ceiling glass, seamless indoor to outdoor spaces, and integrated living wall elements enhances spaces and supports health and productivity. With the office being footsteps away from the MainPlace Mall, the lunch choices are endless and make after work errands are a breeze.
