RSM Design collaborated with Studio MLA, OM+A and the City of Los Angeles on this landmark Downtown Los Angeles community park. Located at First and Broadway, FAB Park will include a multi-level restaurant pavilion designed by OM+A, flexible seating with canopies for shade, and a focus on native landscaping instilling awareness and sensitivity to drought and climate change.

RSM Design’s scope of services included wayfinding design and an interpretive graphics system to create a smart signage approach, an interconnected experience to the surrounding district, educational and interpretive signage that will inform the public on noteworthy, historic or sustainable narratives, and a world-class, integrated placemaking design that builds on the masterplan objectives.
