RaDD: Research and Development District

Soon to be a new office, lab and retail space, The Research and Development District (RaDD) is situated on more than eight acres and occupies three entire city blocks - representing the largest urban commercial waterfront site along California's Pacific coast. RSM Design is working alongside the entire development team to weave environmental graphic design, wayfinding signage and a redesigned brand identity system into the space.
