UnCommons is a contemporary retail and dining environment designed in the Las Vegas area. The destination is influenced by the native desert landscape juxtaposed by a suburban character. The project is thoughtfully crafted for indoor and outdoor relaxation and engagement, including retail, restaurants, entertainment, and more. RSM Design was invited to craft pedestrian and vehicular signage, parking structure graphic, branding, and specialty graphics for the mixed-use destination.

UNEXPECTED INTERVENTIONS
The signage design is derived from UnExpected Intervention - it describes the moments when messaging surprises and delights us, designed as a rebellion against mundane signage norms. The design system utilizes unique signage, sculptural qualities and creative materials.
