Lalaport Toyosu

The historic stockyards of Tokyo Bay have been reimagined as a shopping environment evocative of the site’s industrial and maritime character to create Lalaport Toyosu. Currently home to 200 retail outlets, the development has become a robust destination which includes dining and entertainment. From the outdoor dining area, visitors can take in the ocean views and the Tokyo sykline alike. RSM Design worked to design a wayfinding system inspired by the historic shipyards of Tokyo, on which the site was founded.
