The Union

The Union is an engaging, mixed-use development in the heart of thriving and dynamic Dallas. An easy walk to Victory Park, Uptown, Klyde Warren Park, and the Perot Museum, The Union is poised to redefine the Dallas lifestyle. The site includes an office tower and a residential high-rise, and will over a combination of retail space, restaurants, and shared open space. RSM Design has been working to give The Union a system of branded signage to help connect the different pieces of the project and create a welcoming and engaging environment. Drawing inspiration from the modern architecture of the site, the signage plays with transparency, layers, open space, clean and cool metals, and contrasts it with warm and textured stone features. The entire package includes signage for the exterior, interior and parking garages, and intensive studies were conducted to determine sign placement to effectively lead tenants and visitors alike into and around the property.
