Anderson Real Estate Leasing Portfolio

RSM Design collaborated with Anderson Real Estate and Prism Places to create six leasing decks. The purpose of each deck was to introduce the brand’s repositioning narrative as well as recruit prospective tenants. Each deck included a present day overview of the surrounding neighborhood and location, demographic stats, and a series of pages that discussed the brand essence and positioning of each property.

TELLING AN AUTHENTIC STORY

The design process for the leasing materials began by selecting imagery and curating an attitude for the materials, reflective of  the audience of the destination. The Montana Avenue property reflects a brand narrative of a casual beach lifestyle. Through selective imagery, color, and typography the team crafted leasing and marketing materials that convey a unique story about the property.

THE NEXT GENERATION OF DINING & RETAIL

The next property in the leasing kit is Westwood Village, which has an upbeat energy due to its urban and fast paced culture. The sketch-like style of the graphics in the leasing materials reflect the upbeat audience. In the coming years Westwood Village will connect to Greater Los Angeles with the future Metro line stop. As its demographic reach grows from UCLA campus, Westwood Business Core and neighboring cities, to now Greater Los Angeles – Westwood Village looks to reposition itself to be the next generation of dining and retail.

The leasing portfolio includes six different properties. Each holding their own market, audience, and. repositioning narrative.
