The 72-acre Rosemary Square neighborhood will offer an array of amenities including expanded programmable public green spaces; state-of-the-art Class A commercial office; modern residences; diverse, experiential retail and culinary offerings; a new hotel; and robust arts and culture programs – culminating in an exceptional new district to live, work and visit in South Florida.
BEGINNING WITH THE BRAND
The first task for the RSM Design team on the Rosemary Square project was to complete the brand visioning and logo design. The designers worked closely with the property team to craft an updated brand that would compliment the renovated urban mixed-use destination.
AN ARTFUL APPROACH
In addition to the brand, the RSM Design team created new facade designs, patterning, & mural designs for existing architecture. The unique display of illustrative patterns, inspired by the surrounding city and culture, will help to create the vibrant atmosphere of the destination.
