The Outlet Collection at Riverwalk
The Outlet Collection at Riverwalk, located in downtown New Orleans overlooking the Mississippi River, showcases 75 tenants including top national retailers with established outlet stores such as Last Call, Coach, Kenneth Cole and LOFT, as well as local retailers and dining and entertainment options such as Cajun Kids Outlet, Crabby Jack's General Store, the Crazy Lobster, and many more. The shopping center had not received any updates for nearly three decades since its grand opening in 1986.

RSM Design worked closely with the teams at Howard Hughes and OMNIPLAN to develop a brand package that would launch this shopping center back into the limelight after decades of disrepair. As an international cruise ship stop as well as a major retail destination in the region for locals and visitors alike, the new brand speaks to a massive audience. RSM also designed various interior and exterior branded architectural elements on the property, as well as wayfinding, directionals, amenities and various other items of specialty environmental graphics and signage.
