Environmental Graphic Designer · Dallas, TX

JOB ROLES:

So you’ve been wanting to join a collaborative design studio with great opportunities for creative growth and leadership? RSM Design is the studio. We’re seeking a highly creative experienced architectural graphic designer (i.e. – environmental or experiential graphic designer) to be a part of our Dallas studio, located in the dynamic Bishop Arts neighborhood. You should have strong conceptual, visual communication, and problem-solving skills, and be willing to assist in all phases of the project design and development including: visioning, concepts, programming, design management, and implementation.


SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, architecture, or similar related design field
  • 1 - 3 years of experience with environmental or architectural graphic design
  • Strong knowledge of and use of Adobe Creative Suite programs
  • Skill in 3D rendering programs such as Sketch-up or similar
  • Familiarity with using architectural drawings
  • Collaborative designer that works well in an interdisciplinary environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with client presentations and the ability to manage client expectations
  • Desire and ability to travel to out-of-town project locations
  • Shoes optional. Creativity a must.

  • Salary commensurate based on experience and ability level
  • This is a full-time position with excellent benefits

RSM Design works at the intersection of graphic design and architecture, collaborating with teams to choreograph the guest experience. Our studio’s projects range in scope and scale from complex urban wayfinding programs to unique branding opportunities to community art pieces. The studios specialize in branding, project visioning, graphic identity, wayfinding, signage design, architectural graphics, and placemaking.
