Stephanie Wills

As a principal, Stephanie is involved in all facets of the project from proposal and scope preparation through direction of staff to efficiently meeting the needs of clients. Stephanie’s leadership and client interface are pivotal in stewarding strong client relationships, ensuring that the integrity of each project’s vision is achieved.

Stephanie’s dual degrees in public relations and fine art are an ideal pair for RSM Design’s philosophy, enabling her to engage clients while also directing project teams within the firm. Utilizing her strong background in sign fabrication, construction and details, Stephanie spearheads tenant signage criteria and design guideline development for many of the projects of the studio, navigating through the minutiae of requirements that serve as directives for a wide variety of retail and mixed-use projects.
